The story ignites when the ruthless and rapidly rising Mendoza Cartel bombs the DEA's offices in Los Angeles, killing seven agents in a brazen act of terror. Determined to strike back, the Deputy Attorney General orders the creation of an interagency task force to bring the cartel to justice.
