Not really. Almost all of the 64 people watching DIRECTIVE 8020 in English are already committed to the streams they are on, leaving about 13 across 6 other English streams. You would start around #5 of 12.

About 13 of the 64 English viewers here are not watching the two biggest English streams — roughly 2 each if you split it with the 6 other English streams below them. With ten viewers you would sit at #5.

Only 64 of the 116 viewers here (55%) are watching in English. 8 of the 11 live streams are in English.

Almost nobody here is available to you — either a couple of streams hold the room, or nobody is watching in English, or the category is empty, or you would be buried.

This reads the room as it is right now — how much of the English-speaking audience is reachable and where you would land — not how many followers you would gain. That depends on you.
