Should I stream Resident Evil 2 on Twitch?

5/100 · Closed off· 9 viewers per streamer on paper

Not really. Almost all of the 21 people watching Resident Evil 2 in English are already committed to the streams they are on, leaving about 4 across 5 other English streams. You would start around #3 of 15.

About 4 of the 21 English viewers here are not watching the two biggest English streams — roughly 1 each if you split it with the 5 other English streams below them. With ten viewers you would sit at #3.

Only 21 of the 126 viewers here (17%) are watching in English. 7 of the 14 live streams are in English.

Almost nobody here is available to you — either a couple of streams hold the room, or nobody is watching in English, or the category is empty, or you would be buried.

This reads the room as it is right now — how much of the English-speaking audience is reachable and where you would land — not how many followers you would gain. That depends on you.

“The game itself is fantastic and I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of survival horror. It's a bit dated but still holds up pretty well and a must-play for any Resident Evil fan, new and old. However, I cannot recommend this particular release. It's riddled…”

“one of the greatest video game ever made but why would you add a DRM into a 28 year old game capcom? You stupid or what?”

“Resident Evil 2 (original) is quite different from the remake everyone knows, but not really in a bad way. Some parts are much shorter, and overall the whole game is pretty short, coming in at roughly 2 hours for each scenario. But the gameplay is super good,…”
